A completed, signed IPR is required for ALL NEW ORDERS. If the party seeking replication does not own ALL content on the master, additional licensing must also be provided.

This template may be used when seeking permission to use another party's intellectual property on your disc, if no formal licensing agreement is in place.
Must be transferred to content owner's letterhead and be signed by the content owner or a representative of the content owner's company.
