OEM has an integrated and comprehensive security program to help safeguard client product at every stage of the manufacturing process. Security guards, surveillance cameras, alarms and key cards are among the safety measures used by OEM throughout the facility.

ANTI-PIRACY

OEM is certified by the IRMA Anti-Piracy Compliance Program.

The program helps assure customers of OEM's commitment to protecting content owners' valuable materials. OEM became fully certified under the IRMA Anti-Piracy Compliance Program April 23, 2003. See the press release here.

Intellectual Property Rights Form (PDF)
A completed, signed IPR is required for ALL NEW ORDERS. If the party seeking replication does not own ALL content on the master, additional licensing must also be provided.

This template may be used when seeking permission to use another party's intellectual property on your disc, if no formal licensing agreement is in place.

Must be transferred to content owner's letterhead and be signed by the content owner or a representative of the content owner's company.
