CD REPLICATION

CDs can be manufactured or cut to almost any size to fit your application:

• CD - holds 650 MB of data equivalent to 450 high-density discs.
  
• Mini CD - these are round but only 3 inches in diameter and hold 180 MB.

DVD REPLICATION

DVD Replication is the process of manufacturing two disc halves and bonding them together. The Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) formats produced by OEM include:

• DVD-Audio
  
• DVD-Video
  
• DVD-ROM
  
• DVD Hybrids

The types of DVD Discs produced by OEM are:

• DVD-5 - Single Sided/Single Layer (4.7GB)
  
• DVD-9 - Single Sided/Dual Layer (8.5GB)
  
• DVD-10 - Double Sided/Single Layer (9.4.GB)

OEM Uses the newly developed Singulus Spaceline replication line, which is dedicated to the replication of all DVD formats. The state-of-the-art replication system uses proprietary technology in a class 100 clean room environment to produce what we proudly claim are the best DVD discs in the industry. Using the latest technology available, OEM utilizes Toolex Miniliner Plus systems, featuring fully integrated control cabinets, self-contained class 100 clean room enclosures, 14 position conditioning buffers, and more to deliver higher levels of efficiency, reliability, ease of operation, and maintenance.
